Contact us via phone or e-mail. Please let us know which system, technology package, and wood selection you are interested in.

Step 2
We will send a proposal for you to consider. Once your selections and details are confirmed, Suissa Computers will send you a final proposal detailing your commission and payment information.

Step 3.
Your commission build begins with receipt of payment.

Step 4
The build process. Each model in the Suissa Computers collection is limited to 10, at which point the design is retired. Your unique system is numbered and signed by the designer. Your unique limited edition system is carefully hand crafted and contains top performance components. You are provided with a web link where you can check on the status of your build through the internet.

Step 5
Personal installation. Suissa Computers will be ready to personally install your system within six to twelve weeks.

Step 6
Personal re-servicing. In Ontario and Quebec, Suissa Computers will personally visit and re-service your system within a year of installation. We also offer a yearly service package. Please see our Service Philosophy for further details.
